Petra Lindemann-Matthies has a special interest in biodiversity research, i.e. to study how people perceive and appreciate biological diversity and which factors influence their perception and appreciation of diversity. She is also interested in the evaluation of environmental educational programmes, both in schools and elsewhere using an empirical and quantitative approach.
